Community Recognition

At Griff Building Supplies, we are very proud of all of our accomplishments but believe our success truly lies in striving every day to serve our customers to the best of our abilities. This is just another reason why it’s got to be us! Check out below some of our recognitions:

• Griff Building Supplies was honoured as the Building Supply Store of the Year for 2002, by the Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association. This award was a great accomplishment.
• We were also named Supplier of the Year by the Adera Group of Companies in 2002, 2000, 1999, and 1997.
• In 2000, Griff Building Supplies was awarded Business of the Year (Large) by the New West Chamber of Commerce, a category we had been nominated in twice before. And in 2008, we were awarded the COBE (Celebration of Business Excellence) Lifetime Achievement Award, also by the New West Chamber of Commerce.
• In 2005, we were featured in the T.D. Canada Trust Annual Report to Shareholders.
• Most recently, in 2011, we were awarded a 15-year membership plaque from the GVHBA (Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association).
